This juice is perfect and healthy for any time of day. If you’ve never had freshly juiced vegetables, you’re missing out. I know having one more kitchen appliance can be mind-boggling if you don’t have lots of space. It’s always a challenge in my tiny kitchen to find a home for anything else.
But I just couldn’t imagine not being able to have a chilled glass of invigorating juice.
Yes, there are healthier juices on the market today. I was especially happy to find juice with no added sugar. But, still, it doesn’t compare to juice right out of the juicer.
Using ingredients rich in antioxidants including beta-carotene and vitamin A, the B vitamins, potassium, and folate which is so important for a healthy pregnancy (no, I’m not pregnant!) makes a nutritious and delicious drink. Since juice is absorbed quickly into your bloodstream, I prefer to use more veggies and less fruit. My body doesn’t love a big sugar rush, even if it’s all natural.
