Here we are – our first Gluten Free Cookbook Club post ever! I couldn’t be more excited to share Tess Masters’ new book with you – The Perfect Blend. It’s packed with gluten-free, vegan blender recipes. They’re made with whole foods and full of nutrition. Not only will you want to curl up in the corner of your the couch with her book, but you’ll feel so good about eating Tess’ food. I’ve known Tess for years and here’s what you should know about her – she lives her food. You can trust that she’s made these recipes, she’s shared them with friends and family and that they’re delicious.
You’re gonna’ feel nourished with each and every bite.
That’s how I felt after eating her Sustenance Stew. It’s packed with flavor, texture and total yumminess. And the oven roasted cauliflower rice? It’s genius. But my favorite part – the swiss chard ribbons. I am a sucker for lots of things – chocolate included – but swiss chard is so close to the top of the list. It’s sliced into ribbons and cooked in the stew, you get a pasta-like feeling. But there’s no pasta. Just nutrient-packed veggies.
One of the things y’all shared with me on the end of year reader survey was that you wanted quick, nutritious meals. Tess’ book delivers. You’ll be able to put tasty appetizers, smoothies, meals and desserts together in a short amount of time.
The Perfect Blend already has a home on my kitchen counter. I know Tess’ book will find a home in your kitchen too.
If you haven’t joined my Gluten Free Cookbook Club, hop over and do it now! I’ll have more to share about The Perfect Blend exclusively for my cookbook club members later this month. You can learn more about how to connect with Tess on my cookbook page as well.
